ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Modern Trade Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for modern trade accounts including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
- Develop strong relationships with store managers, category managers, and procurement teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between company and key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals assigned for key accounts.
- Develop account-specific sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure product availability and promotional execution.
- Ensure proper in-store product placement, visibility, and display compliance according to brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and plan replenishments to avoid stockouts.
- Implement promotions, discounts, or campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to track compliance with agreements and merchandising standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, orders, and forecasts.
- Generate regular sales reports for management.
- Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
- Track KPIs such as revenue growth, share of shelf, and promotional effectiveness.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotional terms with key accounts.
- Collaborate with distributors, brokers, and retail teams to execute strategies.
- Resolve issues related to billing, delivery, or product quality promptly.
- Support marketing campaigns by ensuring proper product promotion and visibility in modern trade outlets.
- Provide feedback from accounts to marketing for product development or campaign improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal requirements.
- Maintain ethical standards in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Market or other relevant fields
- Minimum 2/5 years of experiences in FMCG with 2 years of provinces management role.
- Analytical thinking and sales forecasting ability.
- Understanding of modern trade operations and retail merchandising.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application
- Good writing and speaking Khmer and English Languages.
