The Junior Copywriter supports the creative team in developing engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned content for various marketing and advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for writing clear and creative copy across digital, social media, print, and promotional materials while ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Creation- Write creative copy for social media posts, captions, and digital ads
- Develop content for websites, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
- Assist in creating scripts for video, TVC, and radio commercials
- Adapt tone and messaging based on brand identity and target audience
- Work closely with designers, account executives, and marketing team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development
- Support senior copywriters and creative directors in campaign execution
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Understand client brief and campaign objectives
- Ensure content aligns with campaign strategy and brand positioning
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency
- Ensure accuracy of information before publishing
- Follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or related field.
- Experience in copywriting, content creation, or related field for 2 years
- Fresh graduates with strong writing portfolios are encouraged to apply
- Agency experience is a plus
- Strong writing skills in Khmer and English
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
