The Fund Development and Communications (FDC) Volunteer is responsible for supporting the organization’s individual donor fundraising efforts and external communications. This includes supporting to FDC team to engage with existing individual donors as well as identifying, cultivating new donor prospects, and assist the team on organizational social media platforms.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist FDC team in organizing any fundraising event and campaigns.
- Assist FDC team in research and identify potential new individual donors and donors’ prospects.
- Assist FDC team in creation of donor-facing communications materials.
- Assist FDC team in managing organization’s social media channels and website.
- Assist in providing general administrative support for the FDC team.
- Keep track of the communications calendar, taking into account the key and relevant local events and initiatives, and support in developing social media posts and communications products based on the aforementioned report data/findings.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, development studies or related area in social sciences or humanities with proven experience in public relations, publicity, media relations, journalism or marketing.
- Relevant Experience and other requirements
- Experience with new media, social media and development communication is an advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills in Khmer and English.
