Finance Director responsible for overseeing the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization. Provides strategic financial leadership and ensures regulatory compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
- Manage financial risks and internal controls.
- Lead and supervise finance department staff.
- Provide financial advice to executive management.
- Bachelor's Degree in or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of senior finance experience.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA) preferred.
