Mega International Commercial Bank is a Taiwan based bank and has 108 branches (including Foreign Department) at home, and 24 branches, 7 sub-branches, and 3 representative offices (including marketing office) abroad. Together with the network are wholly-owned bank subsidiaries in Thailand, along with their branches, bringing the number of overseas outposts to 39 in total. Mega International Commercial Bank Phnom Penh Branch is set up in 2011 with five sub-branches in Phnom Penh. Now we are looking for motivated banking associate for the following positions to join us in our journey to grow our business and provide best customer services, assist clients with their banking needs, and support the daily operations of the bank.
- Assist customers in handling account opening、customer due diligence, etc.
- Adhere to all relevant compliance requirement including FATCA, KYC and world-check screening
- Handling customers’ cash and non-cash business including deposit, withdrawal, transfer, remittance, etc
- Be responsible for counting, storing and handing over cash to ensure cash safety.
- Taking a prompt action to customer to that the customer’s problem have been resolved on time.
- Accurately enter customer information and business date to ensure the accuracy and completeness
- Assist direct supervisor in preparing various daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports including account opening, account closing,
- Handling tasks assigned by Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in or university student majors in Finance、Accounting etc is preferred
- Ability to Communicate in Chinese is preferred.
- Customer Service working experience are preferred
- Possess computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, etc.)
