As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as the voice of redBus, ensuring seamless support for customers throughout their journey. You will handle bookings, resolve issues, and deliver timely, empathetic service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering inbound calls, emails, and chats and resolving customers' queries related in the pre- and post-journey
- Work with relevant stakeholders, such as bus companies, for fulfilment of tickets booked.
- Document all interactions (calls, messages, emails) with customers and other external stakeholders
- Working with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the customer experience
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Understanding effective meeting processes and practices and the importance of meeting KPIs.
- LOB: Inbound, Outbound, Email, Chat
Key Requirements:
- Experience for 3 to 5 years
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Must have excellent verbal and written English, and Khmer
- Well-versed in Cambodia's infrastructure and transportation details
- Able to work in shift rotation with flexible timing
