The Community Management Executive is responsible for managing and growing online communities across social media platforms. This role focuses on engaging with audiences, responding to inquiries, maintaining brand voice, and ensuring positive customer experiences for clients. The position plays a key role in strengthening brand presence and building meaningful relationships with online communities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Community Engagement- Monitor and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with followers to increase brand loyalty and community growth
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure accurate posting schedules
- Support content publishing and caption writing when required
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Monitor audience sentiment and online conversations
- Track engagement metrics and community growth
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for clients
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency
- Ensure accuracy of information before publishing
- Follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience in social media management or community management for 1 to 3 years
- Agency experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in Khmer and English
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital trends in Cambodia
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools
