Roles and Responsibilities:
- Check overdue list from collection system, relevant documents,…
- Prepare daily plan for visit to overdue customers to push payment
- Conduct visit overdue customer/current address/workplace and bussiness place
- Visit to relevant parties, witness and workplace to seek customer’s information or payment
- Re-confirm SMS fail with customers or relatives
- Negotiate patiently and carefully with difficult customers to efficiency
- Visit homeland, collect bad debt and solve problem with customers and relatives
- Updating the activity report (visiting) in collection system ontime
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly target and actual result
- To facilitate collection activities, building relationship and good communication in team
- Provide the supporting to others
- Following the policy and internal rule of collection department consistently
- Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.
Key Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 or Fresh graduates in finance and banking, business administration, or other related fields.
- At least work experience in MFI or Banking for 1 year
- Fair knowledge of English and Ms. Word, Excel, Email
- Good at using technology and smart phone
- Experience as credit officer, loan recovery officer, field collector from banking, MDI, MFI or leasing
- Other experiences from sales and delivery company are also acceptable
