Location: Phnom Penh
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to join our Restaurant & Bar team. The cashier will handle customer payments, manage billing, and support daily restaurant operations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process customer payments (cash, card, or other methods)
- Prepare and issue bills accurately using the POS system
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
- Handle cash and maintain accurate cash balance at the end of the shift
- Answer customer questions related to billing or payments
- Coordinate with waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff for order billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
- Report any payment issues to the supervisor or manager
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
- Basic English communication is preferred
- Cash handling and payment processing
- Basic computer or POS skills
