ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, customer needs, and competitor activities, shape marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Strategically developed and managed annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets to drive business growth.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand & sales goals.
- Plan, execute, and manager marketing campaigns (online, offline, in-store promotions, advertising, trade marketing) to drive product sales and brand awareness.
- Collaborate internal teams’ external agencies create compelling marketing materials content.
- Oversee brand identity, positioning, and communication to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Define and maintain the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging.
- Maintained a consistent brand image and identity by aligning all marketing communications and campaigns with established brand guidelines.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop clear value propositions and messaging frameworks for different target audiences.
- Monitor brand perception and reputation through consumer insights, social listening, and market research.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products align with the brand's company strategy.
- Plan and execute product launch strategies to maximize market impact.
- Monitor sales, market adoption, and consumer feedback to inform future launches or product iterations.
- Develop product packaging, POS materials, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure new product messaging and positioning are consistent with the overall brand strategy.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, POS displays, sampling, and merchandising activities.
- Work with sales and distribution teams to maximize product visibility and availability.
- Support retail activations and consumer engagement initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and online platforms.
- Track digital KPIs and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
- Ensure alignment between offline and online marketing efforts.
- Track marketing performance (sales, brand awareness, ROI, engagement).
- Analyze consumer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure brand health campaign success.
- Prepare and present regular reports on brand management.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing major or related fields as a minimum
- Working experience marketing digital marketing for 3 to 5 years
- Understand and have basic communication skills
- Computer literacy: MS Office and more
