The Account Service Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role acts as the key liaison between clients and internal creative, media, and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Management- Serve as the supporting point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client business objectives and marketing goals
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Provide strategic recommendations and campaign updates
- Brief internal creative and production teams clearly and accurately.
- Develop campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (creative, digital, production, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Prepare campaign reports, performance analysis, and post-campaign reviews
- Support budget tracking and cost control
- Stay updated on marketing trends in Cambodia
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, client service, or related field for 1 to 3 years
- Fresh graduates also welcome.
- Agency experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Khmer & English)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
