Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Cambodia currently implements programming across health, education, and disaster risk reduction sectors. Leveraging social media platforms such as our Facebook page and Telegram channel, CRS actively engages with key stakeholders to share critical information and promote impactful program activities. CRS is supporting the National Center for Parasitology, Entomology, and Malaria Control (CNM) to accelerating malaria elimination efforts through innovative Social and Behavior Change (SBC) Facebook campaigns. These targeted digital interventions aim to enhance public awareness, inspire positive health behaviors, and support Cambodia’s goal of eradicating malaria. CRS Cambodia seeks a Social Media Management Consultant to oversee the existing malaria SBC Facebook campaigns from March 23rd - April 15th.
The objective of this assignment is to ensure the malaria SBC Facebook Campaigns run smoothly, maintain high engagement, and to compile the results in a final report.
The Social Media Management Consultant will work in close collaboration with the malaria program team. The consultant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage Malaria SBC Facebook Campaigns
The objective of this assignment is to ensure the malaria SBC Facebook Campaigns run smoothly, maintain high engagement, and to compile the results in a final report.
The Social Media Management Consultant will work in close collaboration with the malaria program team. The consultant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage Malaria SBC Facebook Campaigns
- Monitor and moderate active malaria SBC Facebook campaigns, including monitor campaign posts; review notifications and manage; review, respond to and manage comments, interact with audiences and follow up campaign progresses.
- Ensure contents and engagement is professionally managed and aligned with CRS branding and communication standards.
- Compile the results from the campaigns (e.g., Reach, Impression, View, Shares, Comments, Reactions, Frequency… etc.) and produce visual representations to showcase the results.
- Develop the final report that reports on the results and findings from the SBC Facebook campaigns, which will be shared with CNM.
- As needed, collaborate with Global social media and/or social behavior change Technical Advisors for technical guidance/support.
- Malaria SBC Facebook Campaigns monitored, moderated and ran smoothly until the end of March 2026.
- Final report with complied campaign results from November 03, 2025, to March 31,2026

The consultant will coordinate closely with program teams and other relevant CRS staff for development of the report and address feedback.
Consultancy will be remote, with the option to work from the CRS Phnom Penh office.

Desired qualification and experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing , digital media or a related field.
- Proven experience with Marketing and Communications, especially social media campaign management.
- Proven experience with data analysis and report writing in English
- Ability to work as a team and adaptable
- Fluency in both written and spoken English as well as in Khmer
