SOCFIN CAMBODIA is part of the Socfin Group, Switzerland, operating in Cambodia through its subsidiaries Socfin Kcd Co., Ltd. and Coviphama Co., Ltd.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Market analysis and updating local supplier’s database from time to time
- Confirming all purchases are conducted in keeping with standards (quality, price, service and ethics)
- Strictly follow the procurement procedures and organize the different stages in the local and regional purchasing of goods and services: market surveys, ordering, monitoring, receipt, conformity checks
- Check in merchandise bought by head office: customs controls and conformity checks
- Manage the local transport of merchandise from PP to Plantation & decide on the choice of transport
- Methods and packaging, planning and monitoring of dispatches, following administrative formalities
- Choose the storage places for merchandise and decide how they are to be set out
- Organize any distribution of merchandise within the plantation/HQ
- Visit to the Plantation from time to time to check the adherence to the procedures by the field staff
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Management, or related field
- At least experience for 3 years
- Must be honest and responsible
- Good knowledge in English or French
- Good communication skills
- Computer (Microsoft word, Excel, Internet & email.)
