Throughout the country, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been involved in marketing various energy and lubricants products and services to its customers in both the private and public sectors. We offer a wide range of products through more than 100 service stations with over 52 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and lubricants. Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all communication platforms.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty by developing integrated marketing campaigns and managing both internal and external communications.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, transforming vision and business direction into compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and enhance the company’s reputation.
- Manage and optimize the marketing and communication budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty by supporting initiatives that improve service delivery and overall brand experience.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, branding, or communication—preferably in mass‑market B2C environments for 3 to 5 years
- Strong digital marketing and communication skills; solid organizational skills; creative thinking; and the ability to develop influential content. Proficiency in data analysis to support decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
