Roles and Responsibilities:- Be an effective member of each department they are assigned to during their rotations and demonstrate leadership qualities and take on increasing responsibilities.
- Gain a good knowledge and understanding of each department's workflow and policies
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members
- Be proactive in looking for potential to make improvements in current processes and working environment
- Assist in creating & executing sales & marketing plans, cost management projects, business proposal & staff progression etc.
- Assist with project management and contribute to organizational initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Engage in problem-solving and process improvement activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Strong academic record and a passion for learning and development
