The IT Manager is responsible for managing the company’s information technology infrastructure, systems, and support services. This role ensures system security, network stability, data protection, and efficient IT operations to support business activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and systems.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Supervise the IT support team and provide technical guidance.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage IT assets and software licenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Support users and departments with technical solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in IT management or a senior IT support role for 3 to 5 years
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and system administration.
- Experience with security systems and data protection.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of cloud systems and virtualization.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- IT certifications (CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent) are preferred.
