The Financial Resilience Program aims to empower Cambodia’s informal economy—especially MSMEs—through targeted financial education and practical support. The program strengthens financial resilience, promotes income diversification, and builds sustainable business foundations. The Service Provider will lead the execution of this program by managing:

• Event Logistics & Venue Coordination: Seamless end-to-end arrangement of training sites and facilities.
• Site Visit Management: Coordinating high-impact field visits to ensure practical learning.
• Marketing & Media Engagement: Amplifying program reach through strategic communication and media support.
• Reporting & Comprehensive Documentation: Delivering detailed insights and data-driven progress reports.

Bidding Components

• Step 1 : Interested implementers/partners to share their interest in the project via email with email subject: [Agency’s Name “Expression of Interest in ……”]
• Step 2: KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the announcement closing date
• Step 3 : Implementers/partners to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefing
• Step 4 : KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan
• Step 5 : Awarding Implementers/partners to be informed after the evaluation

2. Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
3. Concept notes or proposal include brief activities plan and team member profiles

5. Samples of previous projects
6. The expected result of the program
