Beneficiaries Networking connects and engages beneficiaries of Khmer Enterprise’s programs, fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and inspiration through success stories. It reinforces KE’s support for entrepreneurs, including High Schools, Universities, Start-Ups, and SMEs across Phnom Penh and other provinces in Cambodia, such as Kompong Thom.

Bidding Components

• Step 1 : Interested implementers/partners to share their interest in the project via email with email subject: [Agency’s Name “Expression of Interest in Beneficiaries Networking”]
• Step 2: KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the announcement closing date
• Step 3 : Implementers/partners to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefing
• Step 4 : KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan
• Step 5 : Awarding Implementers/partners to be informed after the evaluation

Required Documents

1. Company Profile
2. Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities)
3. Concept notes or proposal include brief activities plan and team member profiles
4. The budget plan of program arrangements and timelines
5. Samples of previous projects
6. The expected result of the program
