Throughout the country, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been involved in marketing various energy and lubricants products and services to its customers in both the private and public sectors. We offer a wide range of products through more than 100 service stations with over 52 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and lubricants. Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Day to day follow up reporting and performing analysis of the company data in area of Health, safety, Environment, Quality and security
- Communicate with line managers/supervisors in different departments of company and contact persons in HSEQ APMO in Singapore to implement the company standard.
- Input and follow up RAMSES (data record tool). Push all departments to report on time. Analysis reporting data for any anomaly
- Translate the company rule and standard to local language. Support HSEQ department to implement this standard
- Support arrange meeting, HSEQ event and site visit schedule for management team.
- Working with Purchase team to buy HSEQ material (PPE, logo, booklet…)
- Assist HSEQ manager for all administrative works and other task assigned by him
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum), Law, English literature or equivalent field.
- Fresh Graduated Student
- Having the capability in usage of computer, internet.
