The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role manages financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. The Finance Manager ensures accurate financial records and provides strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Supervise accounting staff and review their work for accuracy.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in finance or accounting management for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
