Autism Recovery Network is hiring kind, patient, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Student Learning Companions.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career switchers, or anyone looking for meaningful work with children.

No prior teaching or learning support experience is required — full training is provided.

This position is open to international candidates interested in working in an international learning environment.

As a Student Learning Companion, you will work one-to-one with students aged 2 to 12 years old, supporting their learning, communication, and daily development.

You will follow structured programmes and guidance provided by the team. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Provide one-to-one learning support to students aged 2–12

Support students using structured learning activities

Encourage positive behaviour in a safe and nurturing environment

Build warm, trusting relationships with students

Observe and record student progress

Communicate clearly with supervisors

Maintain a caring and professional attitude

Key Requirements:

• Associate degree or above (any field)
• No prior teaching experience required
•  Good English communication skills
• Ability to engage positively with children
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Kind, patient, and fun
• Comfortable working closely with young children
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work in a one-to-one learning setting
