Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual corporate marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with institutional goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) especially in terms of student enrollment targets.
- Produce and manage marketing materials effectively, e.g, brochures, banners, profiles, standees, etc.
- Manage the school’s digital platforms, online and offline marketing content, and promote the school’s branding across all channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders through professional outreach, follow-ups, and timely communication.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance the relevance of academic programs and services.
- Participate in school’s events to produce marketing promotional materials and to promote school’s branding.
- Lead the marketing team, provide training, and report marketing performance to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or business management
- Experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the field of education is appreciated.
- Ability to speak and write articles in Khmer and English
- Ability to use a design software for marketing purposes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to achieve set targets and KPIs
