We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Marketing Admin Assistant.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize the stock room, track inventory levels, and inform the manager when items are low or out of stock.
- Support the planning and execution of events, including seminars, activities, and company promotions.
- Perform marketing-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, document handling, and supply management.
- Preparing office spaces
- Coordinate office maintenance, deliveries, and logistics arrangements.
- Provide general support to the manager.
- Perform administrative tasks assigned by the manager.
- Assist with translations between English to Khmer or Vice Versa.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field
- Working experience for 3 years as a minimum
- Proficient in computer skills
- Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude
- Organized and meticulous, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
