The Corporate Sales Supervisor leads a team focused on securing large-scale supply contracts with businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions. This is a leadership role combining strategic planning with active sales coaching.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing on-site coaching to improve productivity and close rates.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets for office equipment and supplies.
- KPI Management: Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., win rates, lead-to-sale ratios) and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Relationship Management: Maintain rapport with Key Account Managers (KAM) and high-value corporate clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Sales Pipeline Oversight: Manage the sales funnel, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Experience: 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; expert knowledge of B2B sales cycles in the stationery sector.
