Roles and Responsibilities:
The Cashier works under supervision and directs reports to the Admin Officer with the support of Clinic Support Coordinator and Clinic Manager.
The Cashier will make use of technical and financial skills to track and manage patient cash flows, credit, and insurance payments, while also assisting reception staff with patient booking and in-clinic coordination.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
- Work experience in accounting/ financing for 1 year as a minimum
- Interpersonal communication (IPC)
- Accounting/financing knowledgeable
- Good English and fluent Khmer both writing and speaking
- Computer literate in all key MS office (Word, excel, power point)
- Highly commitment toward achieved KPIs
- Hardworking and highly self-motivated
- Solution- and result- oriented
- Possess and positive attitude to being a team player
- Respectful and compassionate
- Understand and the value of feedback and actively seeks to improve the performance of team and self.
