Rises Security Co., Ltd. are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Assistant of Chairman.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the chairman’s calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items for board and executive meetings.
- Support the chairman with corporate, business, and investment-related tasks, including record-keeping, coordination, monitoring, projects, and research.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, liaising with staff, clients, and partners.
- Make all necessary travel arrangements for the chairman.
- Handle and secure sensitive business and personal information with the utmost discretion.
- Draft reports and presentations as needed and assist with expense reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
