As a Senior Counselor, you’ll walk alongside survivors of abuse and exploitation — guiding them through trauma, witnessing transformation, and helping them rediscover their power.

- Deliver trauma-informed counseling to survivors of neglect, abuse, and exploitation.
- Create individualized healing plans rooted in evidence-based practices (CBT, TFCBT, arts or movement therapy).
- Partner with social workers and program leads to ensure each survivor’s care plan is holistic and empowering.
- Provide post-rescue psychological support and conduct risk and progress assessments.
- Contribute to Marici’s mission by innovating, documenting, and measuring transformation across programs.

What We’re Looking For
- BA or MA Degree in Psychology (Counseling Psychology preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in trauma-informed counseling.
- Proven background in working with survivors of abuse, trafficking, or complex trauma.
- Strong collaboration skills with social workers and care teams.
- Ability to document and analyze progress using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Familiarity with CBT, TFCBT, art or movement therapy methods.
- Fluent in English; Khmer language skills a plus.
