We are seeking a Senior Accountant to take full responsibility for the accounting and financial management of both entities. This is a senior, hands-on role covering end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. The position works closely with management and plays a key role in supporting strategic and operational decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for Botanico Brewing And Academy Co., Ltd. and Botanico Craft Beer Garden
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers for both entities
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management
- Ensure proper recording of revenue, COGS, inventory, fixed assets, and expenses
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and intercompany transactions
- Supervise invoicing, credit notes, and payment follow-ups
- Prepare and file all required tax declarations (VAT, withholding tax, salary tax, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Prepare annual budgets for both entities in coordination with management
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial projections
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures
- Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic planning
- Oversee basic HR administration for both entities, including employee records, contracts, and personnel files
- Prepare payroll in coordination with accounting and ensure accurate salary payments
- Handle salary tax, NSSF, and other statutory HR-related filings
- Maintain attendance, leave, and disciplinary records
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law and internal HR procedures
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and accounting regulations
- Experience handling multiple entities or business units
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with POS systems and inventory accounting is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear communication skills in English (Khmer is a strong advantage)
