Position: Sales Supervisor (Entree Baitang Co., Ltd.)__Deadline:20-January

Entree Baitang Co., Ltd. (EB) was established in 2010 to distribute high purity and quality of vegetable seeds and fertilizers from Malaysia. EB ensure to have great values we can offer to our farmers who have used our seeds to receive the good yields. While expanding our activities in agricultural inputs.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare sales plan, AR collection plan, implementation, and closely monitor sales target
• Coordinate with potential dealers relate with agriculture inputs
• Analyze sales data, market intelligence to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide educate to dealers for appropriate inputs usage
• Set up farm demonstration, organize fields day, recommended inputs and technical advice
• Provide technical assistant to dealers and farmers relates with inputs usage
• Prepare weekly & monthly achievements report to management

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, agronomist, business administration or any related field
• Experiences of sales, agronomist or work with agriculture inputs project for 2 years
• Have good knowledge of agriculture inputs
• Have experience training and working with helping farmers to adopt new techniques
• Good command of English, communication and negotiation skills
