Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, propose and exceptive sales plans, sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Proposing the products and price strategies to align with market needed and goals.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge, training, and technical guidance
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Design and execute marketing campaigns relate to demonstration and field day
- Conduct dealers mapping, dealers’ retention and product channel distribution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, and key farmers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, agriculture, agronomist, or any relate fields
- Experiences of sales, commercial agronomist or any relate fields for 5 years
- Have good knowledge of fertilizers and agriculture inputs
- Good personality, can apply proper management and leadership function
- Have experience training and working with helping farmers to adopt new techniques
- Good command of English, communication and negotiation skills
