The Investment Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities to support OBOR’s strategic decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models to value companies and projects.
- Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to assess performance.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and prepare quarterly reports.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify emerging trends and risks.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or private equity is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
