In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), we aim to foster the development of human resources within the country. Our current subsidiaries include Sovannaphumi School, Pacific Kids School, East West International School, American Pacific International School, and the NTC Training Center.

 

The Chief Division Officer is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure efficient school operations within the Operating Division. The role oversees operational execution and continuous improvement, aligning with organizational objectives to ensure effective resource utilization and operational excellence at the school level.

 

Key Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least experience in private school management for 6 years
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of school management and operations.
• Willingness & ability to work and travel frequently to visit schools, attend meetings, and prepare events
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong team-oriented approach.
