The Chief Academic Officer for the International Trilingual Program shall develop and drive ITP academic strategies, policies, guidelines, procedures, and other operations to achieve the objectives of the academic department within the NTC Group and its assigned campus.
Key Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Education (TESOL or Educational Leadership preferred; an overseas qualification is an advantage);
- Master's Degree in Education (TESOL or Educational Leadership preferred; an overseas qualification is an advantage);
- Experience in international academic programs for 5 years as a minimum
- Proven record of Cambridge-certified quality teaching and learning;
- Demonstrated ability to implement international curricula effectively;
- Strong English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent to IELTS 6.5);
- Solid knowledge of assessment practices, curriculum development, and teacher training methodologies;
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and foster collaboration and diversity;
- Ability to provide timely academic and technical support.
