The Business Compliance Officer will ensure that the company’s business operations and investment activities adhere to all relevant legal standards and internal policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor business operations to ensure compliance with Cambodian laws and regulations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing internal policies, contracts, and agreements.
- Prepare and file necessary documentation with government ministries (e.g., MOC, GDT).
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Advise management on regulatory changes affecting business strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance-related documentation and licenses.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate compliance, legal assistance, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong understanding of Cambodian business laws and taxation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of English and Khmer (written and spoken).
