The Administrative Officer will oversee daily office operations, providing essential support to the Admin & Finance department and ensuring a productive work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure the office is clean and organized.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, emails, and letters.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for administrative documents.
- Assist the HR and Finance teams with general administrative tasks.
- Welcome visitors and handle general inquiries.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
