Our core activities in Cambodia include Liner Agency, Port Agency, Offshore Support Services, Project Logistics and Freight Forwarding. The Ben Line Group has 1600 staff and 125 offices across Asia and Australia. It has been operating as a Shipping Company for 160 years, originally from Scotland, head office is now in Singapore.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow up existing customers and find new potential customers.
- Keeping customers updated with new/changed service, schedule, rate, surcharges etc.
- Making daily sales activities by phone call / e-mail …. To customers.
- preparing weekly sales report.
- Communicating with Customer Service/ Documentations Department/ Logistics Department/ Operation Team for internal smooth co-operation to provide the best service to customers.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a similar role for 1 year
- Relationships with various export / freight forwarder in Cambodia is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
