Direct Manager : Finance and Admin Manager
Working hours: Mon- Sat, 8:00-17:00
The Admin & Accounts Assistant will provide essential support to both the administrative and finance teams. This role involves handling daily administrative responsibilities as well as assisting with accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, sales collecting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Support the manager to develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing and payments
- Follow up for outstanding A/R and A/P
- Coordinate the payments between different departments
- Assist in inventory and asset listing to ensure they are well managed
- Work in collaboration with the sales department for accurate commission payments following the schedule and policy
- Prepare and request payment to line manager for review before proceeding with payment
- Perform data entry and ensure the integrity of financial information
- Other duties will be assigned when necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounting role at least 2-3 years of experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks accounting and other accounting software is an advantage
- Good communication skills, both written and oral, in Khmer and English, with the ability to work well with all levels across the company.
- Experience in a multinational working environment or working with expats is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
