Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze market situation with potential customers
- Filling the Customer Profiles Depots
- Manage the quality customer portfolio and action plan to be urge the target
- Coach and motivate team work for capacity building
- Impulse relationship with key customers as well as frequent visit high level customers
- Presenting or demonstrating the products to push the sales volume
- Satisfying customer with good service, problem solving, and organizational skill
- Issuing official documents regarding to the sales performance
- Manage sales team by organizing resources
- Developing competency performance within the team
- Follow up service providing to meet the customer demand on time
- Maintain good teamwork and coordination among the team
- Follow up and manage daily performance of depot sale team to meet monthly target
- Selling other product of the subsidiary company relevant to construction industry
- Field visit the target market and classify the potential area
- Follow up payment with responsible officer
- Certified transaction of inputter in the system
- Implement other tasks assigned by director
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Management or related field
- At least experiences with a successful track records in achieving sales target for 3 to 5 years
- Proficiency of steel and other construction material would be an advantage.
- Have managerial expertise with inspired coaching spirit.
- Excellent customer service and problems solving.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese languages is plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commit self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
- Be honest, open mind, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Strong time management and result oriented.
