The Big Easy Phnom Penh, a well-established and busy bar, restaurant and hostel in Phnom Penh, is looking for a Hostel Manager to oversee all areas of operation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction
- Management of the Online Travel Agent and Booking system
- Overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping of the hostel
- Managing daytime check-ins and check-outs
- Organisation of tours for guests (commission provided)
- Hours: 8am to 4pm
Key Requirements:
- English - Fluent is required
