Roles and Responsibilities:
Export Documentation Responsibilities:- Received booking from shipper.
- Booking space to feeder/barge.
- Release booking to shipper.
- Communicate with customers and agents.
- Issue MBL to customers.
- Issue invoice to customer.
- Follow up shipment.
- Provide pre-alert to destination agent/transit team.
- Update container movement.
- Other tasks requested by Management
- Provide arrival notice once received pre-alert from POL agent/feeder.
- Communicate with customer and agent
- Issue invoice to customer.
- Submit customs manifest for MBL.
- Release D/O to customer.
- Checking and refund deposit to customer.
- Update container movement.
- Other tasks requested by Management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a similar role for 1 year
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
