We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Learning & Development Manager
The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing,
implementing, and overseeing training and development programs. This
role includes conducting skills assessments, creating learning
strategies, and organizing training sessions to ensure staff readiness
to success in their roles and professional growth. S/he will also
promote a learning culture within the organization, contributing to
operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification as a Professional in Learning and Development is advantageous.
General & Technical Skills
- Experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, is preferred.
- Expertise in MS Office and learning technologies.
Soft Skills
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Due to work quota limitations, only local candidates are preferred.
