The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall financial
performance of the resort. Key responsibilities include managing
revenue, cash flow, and expenses to maximize profitability, as well as
leading strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
General & Technical Skills
- At least 7 years of related experience including 3 years in manager roles
- Excellent financial and business acumen with proven budgeting and forecasting expertise.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in leadership, delegation, performance management, and team development.
