- Factory-based position, sometimes exposed to dust, heat, and noise.
- May require occasional overtime or weekend work during production peaks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair on fertilizer production and packing machinery (mixers, crushers, granulators, conveyors, bagging machines, etc.).
- Diagnose mechanical problems and carry out corrective actions efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Replace or repair faulty parts such as bearings, belts, gears, valves, and motors.
- Maintain lubrication, calibration, and alignment of mechanical components.
- Support installation and testing of new machines or production lines.
- Maintain maintenance logs and daily machine checklists.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure all equipment complies with company and environmental standards.
- Report major mechanical issues and improvement suggestions to supervisors.
Key Requirements:
- At least of experience in industrial machinery maintenance (fertilizer, feed, or agrochemical factory preferred) for 2 years
- Technical diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical manuals.
- Basic welding, cutting, and fabrication skills are an advantage.
- Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
