The Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments. The Assistant acts as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring priorities are managed, communications are streamlined, and projects are followed through effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Administration
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information.
- Organize and support board meetings, shareholder meetings, and executive sessions.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring timely information flow.
- Draft official letters, speeches, and corporate announcements on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, government officials, business and project partners, and associations.
- Conduct business research and prepare briefing materials for the CEO.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals, reports, and investment presentations.
- Track the progress of strategic initiatives assigned by the CEO.
- Follow up with department heads to ensure deadlines are met and reports are submitted.
- Support planning, monitoring, and reporting of cross-department projects.
- Assist in preparing business plans, budgets, and performance reports for CEO review.
- Support the CEO in developing company strategies, expansion projects, and partnerships.
- Participate in key meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-up of action points.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Relations, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive support, project management, or corporate affairs.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, ethics and integrity.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with ERP or project management software is an advantage.
- Proactive and able to work under flexible hours and circumstances
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
