The Master Operations Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily
operational activities, ensuring workflow efficiency, and supporting
team performance. This individual is responsible for monitoring team
productivity, implementing procedures, and working closely with upper
management to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate must be a
proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example .

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Monitor and operate live streaming platforms, ensuring consistent quality for steaming equipment.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of live streaming equipment, including cameras, others.
- Ensure real-time troubleshooting of streaming issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting the stream.
- Supervise daily operations and coordinate workflow among staff to ensure efficiency and SOP.
- Lead and mentor a team of ops specialists.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational policies.
- Support the onboarding process and provide training for new hires in the functional department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or English.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management.
- Understanding of using computers and websites and gaming.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, follow shift schedule for 24/7 Operation.
- Good English or Chinese speaking skill
- Availability to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
