Reporting Line: Corporate Legal Counsel
- Assist in reviewing, amending, drafting, and translating contracts or related documents requested from other departments
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating all related documents into archive and digital database
- Perform other substantive administrative duties (including drafting any legal document submitted to relevant authorities).
- Conduct legal research and keep informed of up to date of laws, regulation, and legal news
- Bachelor’s degree in law or Bachelor of law in English program (third and final year students are also eligible)
- Good command of Khmer/English writing and speaking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and Email
- Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year
