We
are particularly looking for Vietnamese speaking candidates who are
passionate about the finance sector. No prior experience is required,
training will be provided in a supportive and collaborative environment
that encourages growth and learning.
We are looking for energetic
individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
preparing and processing loan applications from initial consultation
through to final approval and settlement. You will work closely with
brokers and lenders to gather documentation, assess applicant
eligibility, ensure compliance with lending policies, and submit
accurate loan files. Your ability to manage multiple applications,
communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy will be
key to ensuring a smooth and efficient lending process
- Liaise with allocated broker(s) in Australia on a regular basis
- Creating and maintaining
customer records within provided CRM system Completing/compile lending
applications based on application data collected
- Provide updates on active opportunities and report on any information that may be outstanding
- Other tasks as directed by the allocated broke
Key Requirements:
- Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Finance or related field.
- English Proficiency score of XXX or greater
- Skills and Experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal in Vietnamese and written communication in English
- Attention to detail, diligent and accurate in following processes
