Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about tours, bookings, and services
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, and troubleshooting
- Log customer interactions and maintain records in the database
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Key Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Flexibility to work either shift (morning or afternoon)
