We are expanding and currently seeking a qualified Japanese Language Trainer who is passionate about education and personal development. As a trainer, she will play a key role in delivering structured Japanese language instruction and preparing students for the workplace or further studies in Japan.

- Conduct classroom training for various levels (N5 to N4) in an engaging and structured manner
- Prepare students for the JLPT exams and Japanese interviews
- Teach essential Japanese expressions and behaviors for daily life and work in Japan
- Customize lessons based on student goals and learning pace
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and training activities
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
- Collaborate with fellow trainers and administrative staff on curriculum development and student success strategies
- Participate in center-led events, teacher training, and student counseling
- JLPT N3 certificate or above (N2 or N1 preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- Minimum age: 27 years
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred (especially in language or vocational education)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using basic classroom technology (PowerPoint, Google Workspace, etc.)
