We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Admin Internship.
Working Schedule : Mon – SAT (8:00-17:00)
To assist commercial team on general admin task
- Assist on organizing documents of department
- Assist on arranging shipping documents for manager to signed
- Assist on scanning and storing shipping documents for audit usage
- Assist on summary of monthly report on shipping and PO
- Tracking and alert on shipping scheudle to relevant team
- To support on coordinating the shipping documents from supplier
- Able to deal with the other department
- Other tasks assigned by department manager and team
- Pursue or fresh graduate in Accounting, Business Management, Logistic or related field
- Able to work under pressure deadline
- Fluently on English
- Self-improvement, working independently
- Good time management priority task.
